Founded in 2024 by Jacob Jordan, CRNA, APRN, NSPM-C, we’re based in Wichita Falls, Texas and focused on care that’s centered on your goals.   • To call us, dial our main office number at 940-766-8807. We are available to take your call Monday through Wednesday, from 8:00am to 12:00pm, 1pm to 5pm.
