Dedicated to serving underserved areas, he has since specialized in bringing advanced pain management services, including regenerative therapies, to rural communities.

Beyond his clinical work, Josh remains deeply committed to education. He has played an active role in training fellows at both Texas Christian University (TCU) and the University of South Florida (USF) Non-Surgical Pain Management (NSPM) programs.
